• Thaw Ready Plates 10 - 15 min. before use
• Dispense 1 µl (2000 - 3000) lymphoytes to each well in the tray
• Incubate at room temperature for 30 minutes (DR/DQ: 60 min.)
• Thaw frozen rabbit complement of reconstitute lyphilized complement
• Add 5 - 6 µl rabbit complement to each well and incubate at room temperature for 60 min.
  (DR/DQ: 120 min.)
• Add 3 - 4 µl easin (5 %), wait 5 minutes, add 5 - 6 µl formaldehyde (37 %) for fixation
• Cover with glass slides and read the Ready Plates with the inverted phase microscope
